Senior Assistant Registrar for Retention and Transfer Initiatives, Position 49582
The Office of the Registrar is seeking a Senior Registrar for Retention and Transfer initiatives. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Academic Success Officer and University Registrar and will assist in improving ECU’s transfer enrollment rate and overall student retention.
This position will be working on several initiatives, including but not limited to, the following:
- Baccalaureate degree plan development
- Service on the University Bilateral Agreement Committee
- Work to increase awareness and understanding of the Reverse Transfer program with NCCCS
- Oversight of the Pirate Promise verification process
- Work with Academic Advising colleagues to smooth pathways for Partway Home and Adult Learners
- Finish in Four initiatives
