Join our team supporting NYC’s Emergency Communication Systems, including 911 and NG911 services. Work on cutting-edge infrastructure and play a vital role in public safety for millions of residents and visitors in New York City.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Deploy, configure, and support emergency network infrastructure
✅ Provide technical support for E911, NG911, Text-to-911, telematics, and ESInet
✅ Coordinate with service providers and vendors
✅ Perform root cause analysis and manage emergency comms assets
✅ Support 911 lab test environments and infrastructure upgrades

Must-Have Experience:
🔧 12+ years in data center/network environments
🌐 8+ years in LAN/WAN, VoIP, and telecom routing
🛠️ Strong hands-on with cabling, hardware, LEC circuits, LMR systems
🧰 Familiar with MS Excel, Visio, and technical documentation
🚗 Willing to travel across NYC and work on-call when needed

Nice to Have:
🎓 Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
📡 Experience with DMS, ACD, NG911, GIS, and TDoS/DDoS mitigation
