We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong CP writing experience to join a dynamic team supporting a major public sector agency in NYC.

🔹 Must-Have Experience:
✅ 5+ years in business requirement gathering, project management, testing, and workflow creation
✅ 4+ years of proposal/CP writing
✅ 4+ years working with MS Visio & user documentation
✅ 3+ years working with MS Project
✅ Strong experience in system planning, piloting, and implementation

🔹 Preferred Skills:
✨ Familiarity with ITIL methodologies (IT Asset/Service/Business Management)
✨ Experience with TOAD or similar data tools
✨ Excellent communication & documentation skills
✨ Background in journalism, communications, or English is a plus
