Palestinians warn Israel’s dig threatens Al-Aqsa MosqueNorman Finkelstein Warns Zohran Mamdani: Confront the NYPD — Or Get Eaten Alive:
Commissioner Tisch knew of ICE's Canal Street raid before it happened:https://www.youtube.com/shorts/pwRsbiGdfZMMax Blumenthal's prediction of likely staged incidents has already come true, in all likelihood:
" So will Mamdani ask Tisch to do anything differently regarding police intervention at colleges and universities, its obsession with Muslims, or assisting the feds and Trump administration? Will he attack NYPD practices and biases with regard to profiling or discrimination, or sexual harassment, or corruption, or cronyism? "Only objection to Ken's characterization in the article above: NYPD Intel is almost as big as CIA, FBI, DHS, etc because of its acting on behalf of (and has satellites within) foreign powers like its donors the UAE, Qatar, etc. and getting direction from the state of Israel and donors like the Tischs!---------- Forwarded message ---------

The James S. & Merryl H. Tisch FoundationJames and Merryl are the Parents of present NYPD Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch!About the criminal NYPD Police Foundation, with donors including Palantir Technologies:The NYPD, especially its intelligence division, is/was under the influence of FOREIGN POWERS, namely its major donor UAE, and its conspirator Israel:The NYPD-CIA scandal was the precursor to this NSPM-7 scandal with its Fusion Centers which turned local police into arms of the FBI and CIA! Also it affected not only Muslims post-9/11 but also leftists as per its documents, so if everyone took the NYPD-CIA scandal seriously (including some Islamophobic parts of the "left"), it would have been a powerful block against the current anti-left NSPM-7 push now:Congress in 2012 on the NYPD-CIA scandal:The NYPD-CIA in particular focused on the annual conventions of Islamic Circle of North America—Muslim American Society (ICNA-MAS), which had been regularly held in Hartford’s Connecticut Convention Center for many years. Outrageously, one particular AP article illustrated a baiting technique of one NYPD-CIA spy, who attended the ICNA-MAS convention(s) in Hartford, CT to conduct his spying and baiting on behalf of the NYPD (and indirectly, the CIA). These ICNA-MAS conventions were and are events at which many notable national public figures speak, including Rep. André Carson, as one can see from the video of his talk at the 2012 ICNA-MAS convention in Hartford. In fact, a foreign power, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), was exposed as a major financial sponsor of the NYPD’s slush fund, the NYC Police Foundation, which funds the NYPD ILPs. The UAE is not only a host of one of the NYPD’s International Liaison Program (ILP) satellites, but it also defamed the Muslim American Society (MAS) , part of the ICNA-MAS conference organizers, as being terrorists! So in effect, a foreign power, UAE, which is funding and wielding influence on operations in the United States through the NYPD-CIA, is accusing a Muslim-American US Congressman of speaking before terrorists in Hartford, CT!
So all the targeting of Muslims, leftists, and all persons who have engaged in any political expression that the NYPD-CIA found "interesting", must be revealed and exposed by releasing all the NYPD-CIA DD5 files, including those of likely NYPD Intel Division officer Roger Kuo, who targeted ICNA-MSA conventions in Hartford, CT, with his fake vitamin shop in the convention bazaar, even when Rep. Andre Carson was present at that conference! Now ICE is using Israeli zero-click spyware to monitor people's phones, similar to the famous Pegasus spyware by the NSO Group:The Trump administration appears to have unfrozen a stalled $2 million Biden-era contract with Paragon Solutions (US) Inc., a spyware company founded in Israel whose products have been accused of facilitating the surveillance of journalists and activists.More on ICE and CT here:Here is very abbreviated list of the ton of evidence of Trump's collusion with and being compromised by multiple middle-east countries:Trump and Israel collusion:UAE corruption:Egypt corruption:Brett Ratner personally involved with Trump and in the Netanyahu corruption trial, etc:Tisch and Mamdani should be birddogged like Kash Patel below until Tisch is fired and the NYPD-CIA files (NYPD Intel DD5 files) are exposed!'Cuck For Israel': FBI Chief Kash Patel Heckled, Abused Publicly In DC | Drama On CamKash Patel prioritizes Israel (not the US??):Former CIA Ray McGovern: FBI does operations (including assassinations?) with CIA and Mossad in the US:Kash Patel girlfriend-as-Mossad-spy controversy:ADL is (or was) co-located with CT FBI:FYI, on the connection between Gov. Lamont's political operation, the SKDK PR firm, and the state of Israel:In 2022, SKDK served as strategists and advisors for winning campaigns including Governor Wes Moore of Maryland, Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona, Governor Laura Kelly of Kansas, and Governor Ned Lamont of Connecticut — and in 2020, was a key adviser to the historic Biden-Harris campaign. SKDK has won the Holmes Report’s influential North America Public Affairs Agency of the Year multiple times and was listed by the Observer as one of the best public relations firms in America for 2023. If any of the previous asks and this ask are outstandingly and egregiously ignored for special session, then please do your best so this is addressed at the very beginning of session and comes to both chambers as soon as the first chamber session takes place. These are urgent asks, and if the Governor's office does not want to ask the General Assembly to work on this (that would really be shameless), these remain EXTREMELY URGENT asks to protect residents in all of your districts and your colleagues districts.I recently sent you all an email (below this new request) with some asks lining up with Husky 4 Immigrants and additional crucial asks. This would be an add-on. I try to simplify the reading of this so you can easily read through it (and trying to make sure there are no typos lol). This one is another crucial piece of legislation that would seem urgent to protect our outspoken constituents, community leaders, activists, and journalists.I am first going to bulletize it and also explain what it would do for CT.Here’s a clear breakdown of what this New Jersey statute does and what a similar law could mean for Connecticut, especially for outspoken community leaders and activists like many in our state who are on the grounds taking the most risks. What the Act Does (NJ). Defines key termsClarifies what counts as a law enforcement agency, law enforcement activity, counter-terrorism activity, and who is covered (excludes federal agencies).. Requires reporting of out-of-state police activityIf a New Jersey law enforcement officer learns of an out-of-state police agency operating in NJ, they must notify the county prosecutor within 24 hours.. Counter-terrorism watch coordinationCounty prosecutors must then notify the NJ State Police’s counter-terrorism watch, which in turn informs top state security officials.. Advance notice obligationOut-of-state law enforcement planning counter-terrorism activities in NJ must notify the local county prosecutor at least 24 hours in advance, with details of scope, timing, and purpose.. Accountability mechanismIf an out-of-state law enforcement agency violates the notification rules, the Attorney General or county prosecutor can seek an injunction in Superior Court to stop or block their activities.Immediate effectThe law took effect as soon as it was passed (2013), showing urgency in oversight. What It Could Do for ConnecticutIf adapted here, such a law could empower communities and their allies by:. Transparency & OversightPrevents out-of-state law enforcement from conducting secretive investigations, surveillance, or counter-terrorism actions in CT without local authorities — and potentially the public — being aware.. Local AutonomyReinforces CT’s right to control law enforcement activity within its borders, resisting overreach from neighboring states’ agencies.. Protection for Activists & LeadersOutspoken community leaders, protestors, and activists would gain stronger protections against covert or politically motivated investigations by out-of-state agencies (e.g., NYPD, NJ State Police, etc.).. Stronger Civil LibertiesBy forcing transparency, it reduces the risk of unconstitutional surveillance, racial profiling, or targeting of political movements (environmental justice, racial justice, animal rights, etc.).. Checks & BalancesGives state and county prosecutors the legal authority to block unlawful or unreported out-of-state operations — a tool for stopping harassment or intimidation.. Community TrustCould increase public trust in local law enforcement if people know their activities are not being secretly undermined by outsiders. Here is a draft of a Connecticut-specific bulletized proposal (like a short policy memo or talking points) you could share with fellow legislators, or legal allies, showing why CT should consider adopting this:Proposal: Connecticut Oversight of Out-of-State Counter-Terrorism OperationsSummaryConnecticut should adopt legislation similar to New Jersey’s 2013 statute requiring notification, oversight, and accountability when out-of-state law enforcement agencies conduct counter-terrorism or investigative activities within our state. This ensures transparency, protects civil liberties, and reinforces Connecticut’s sovereignty over law enforcement activities conducted inside our borders.Core Provisions (Modeled on NJ Law)Definitions & ScopeClarifies what constitutes a law enforcement agency, law enforcement activity, and counter-terrorism activity.Excludes federal agencies (which fall under separate federal jurisdiction).Mandatory NotificationOut-of-state law enforcement must notify a CT county/state prosecutor at least 24 hours in advance before conducting counter-terrorism activities within the state.Notification must include: date, time, purpose, scope, and agency contact information.Local OversightCT prosecutors are required to alert state counter-terrorism coordination units (e.g., DEMHS, State Police Homeland Security).Information passed to top state officials for accountability.Emergency ReportingIf CT law enforcement learns of unreported out-of-state activities, they must notify the prosecutor within 24 hours.Enforcement & InjunctionsCT Attorney General or prosecutors may seek a court injunction to block out-of-state agencies that violate notification rules. Why Connecticut Needs This. Transparency & Civil LibertiesEnsures communities know when out-of-state agencies are operating here, protecting activists, journalists, and residents from covert surveillance or harassment.. Protecting Community Leaders & ActivistsPrevents politically motivated targeting of outspoken voices in environmental, racial justice, labor, animal rights, and other movements.. Sovereignty & Local ControlCT law enforcement should not be blindsided or undermined by outside forces acting without coordination.. Accountability & TrustBuilds public confidence that law enforcement actions are legitimate, lawful, and overseen by CT institutions.. Checks & BalancesProvides prosecutors and the Attorney General with legal authority to stop violations and enforce compliance.Benefits for Outspoken Communities. Reduces Fear of Cross-Border TargetingCT activists and community leaders can organize without worrying about secret investigations by agencies from neighboring states.. Strengthens Local AdvocacyGives advocates a legal framework to demand accountability if they suspect outside interference.. Encourages Public EngagementCommunities will feel safer engaging in protest, testimony, or civic action knowing CT is watching out for their rights.Next Step: Draft a CT version of the bill and circulate to allies in the General Assembly, particularly those on the Judiciary Committee and Public Safety & Security Committee.Thank you for taking the time to read this and your consideration. Below this are the previous asks.In solidarity with our communities,David Michel
Former State Representative for the 146th General Assembly House DistrictP.S. Here is a youtube discussion on itPREVIOUS EMAIL SENT SEPTEMBER 26th (typos hopefully all gone)Hello Honorable House Speaker Ritter, Majority Leaders Senator Duff and Representative Rojas, Co Chairs of Judiciary Winfield and Stafstrom, BPRC Chair and members, former colleagues, and Matt Brokman from the Governor's office,I hope you are all well,I am in full support of the asks of Husly 4 Immigrants coalition in regards to our immigrant communities, and that those asks be addressed in legislation during Special Session.I was involved, along with leaders of our Immigrant communities and others, in the creation and establishing Stamford Norwalk United with Immigrants, SNUI, in particular I helped with ensuring it has a stable and democratic structure and put together a group of extraordinary Observers still documenting to this day any ICE activity in Stamford Norwalk. Crucial work to find out in most cases who just got abducted.I have witnessed and captured the terror from those targetted. I have heard many personal stories. I have seen no evidence of Criminals being taken by unmasked armed thugs in our streets. In fact i have seen people trying to do their civic duty when going to court to settle some moving violation, with some charges typically dismissed in court and at times dismissed under conditions of taking a class.I have learned through spouses of those rounded up, that most if not all, are waiting for a visa.I am reaching out as well (as Husly 4 Immigrants is) to demand action during the special session to:
. Protect the Personal Information of our immigrant community from being used for immigration enforcement, and,
. Protect Immigrants at Courthouses by prohibiting ICE arrests inside the courthouse and as people travel to and from the courthouse, as well as ensire people are given an option for remote hearings, without prejudice. In courts I heard public defenders tell their clients it is betrer to come in person.
My original thought on this as expressed months ago, was/is to treat this like a pandemic and shut the courts down and return to virtual until this racist and illegal authoritarian pandemic is over.
. Stop our state and local resources from assisting immigration enforcement, including stopping Connecticut’s National Guard from participating in federal immigration enforcement and banning indirect police assistance to ICE. And,
. Preserve HUSKY Medicaid for undocumented children and pregnant individuals, it has been demonstrated over the years it will save money for our state and is the right thing to do.
and I add these three to the four priority asks above,
. Protect Immigrants taking their children to school, going to work, and going to church. Please figure out a way to keep them from terrorizing our communities from going to work, going to school to dro their children off, and going to church. ICE arrests have been reported in such scenarios.
. Look into and address Bounty Hunters activities not to be encompassing any ICE work in Connecticut,
. Ensure some financial support for those on the grounds doing the work the non for profits are not able to do. I have seen press conferences where some of those highlighted have not accompanied immigrants to court nor have been there to document ICE activities, meaning they are not part of the mutual aide taking the actual risks. There should be some financial support that can directly benefit those mutual aid coalitions such as SNUI and others across the state that are and have been truly active. This includes organizing food drives to terrorized families.
Connecticut must be a safe and welcoming place for all of us, regardless of immigration status. Your offices MUST take action while our neighbors are terrorized and abducted. Food drives have to be organized for many families, as they are scared to go anywhere, including supermarkets, Laundromats, schools and churches. This is oppression in a "state of lawlessness".
Kindly let me know if any questions or needs for clarification. I would be happy to follow up on these demands.
Please be on the right side of history,..
