United Way of Greater New Haven brings volunteers together to support food access during Week of Action
New Haven, CT — From June 23 through June 26, United Way of Greater New Haven will bring together volunteers from across the region for its annual Week of Action. Throughout the week, community members will participate in hands-on service projects designed
to increase food access, support local food related nonprofits, and meet the needs of families across Greater New Haven.
Throughout the week, volunteers will distribute fresh produce to families, serve warm meals to individuals and families, and lend a hand by refreshing the outdoor space at a food bank. Join us at one of these events below:
Keefe Center Farmer’s Market, Thursday, 6/25, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
