In her remarks to the Class of 2023, CCSU President Zulma R. Toro said, “Through a chaotic time in our history, you persevered and adjusted to life during a pandemic and the complexities of change. That is a tremendous accomplishment. As you begin this new chapter in your lives, I want you to understand the significant role you will have in our rapidly changing world. You are a change maker and a role model. Remember that.”
