Hartford, CT [February 5, 2026] — The Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness (CCEH) on
behalf of the CT CAN End Homelessness Campaign is joining the Housing Committee and the
End Homelessness Caucus to announce the CT CAN End Homelessness 2026 Legislative Agenda,
highlighting concrete strategies to Prevent homelessness before it starts, Respond quickly to
people in crisis, and House individuals and families in stable, lasting homes. With homelessness
in Connecticut up 44% since 2021 and unsheltered homelessness rising 45% in just the past
year, the agenda advances urgent, actionable solutions to ensure every neighbor has a safe
place to call home.
