HARTFORD POLICE CONDUCT PROSTITUTION STING
(Hartford) – On Thursday September 2, 2010, in response to citizen complaints concerning quality of life issues such as prostitution, detectives of the Hartford Police Department’s Vice and Narcotics Division conducted a prostitution sting targeting persons who use Craigslist and The Hartford Advocate websites to solicit clientele. The following seven persons were arrested and charged with prostitution:
· Christy Davis 08/30/67 of 76 Cobblestone Court Torrington, CT who was charged with Prostitution. · Thomas Kellermann (07/01/78) of 85 Old Town Road, Vernon Ct who was charged with Prostitution. · Isis Wylie (10/13/83) 5828 Cedareast Court, Charlotte NC who was charged with Prostitution and Possession of a Controlled Substance · Mary Gallas (10/05/80) 256 South Marshal Street, Hartford who was charged with Prostitution. · Alisha Coates (12/14/86) of 1105 North Main Street, Waterbury, CT who was charged with Prostitution and Interfering With Police. · LoriJoe Gineo (11/07/84) of 302 Allen Street, New Britain, CT who was charged with Prostitution. · Shaday Wortham (07/19/86) AKA Vivian Wortham, NCA who was charged with Prostitution and Interfering With Police.
