TODAY: Gov. Lamont to Visit Transit-Oriented Redevelopment Site in Naugatuck & Highlight Housing

Naugatuck, CT – Today, Governor Lamont will visit a new $80 million project that will turn a 7-acre vacant site into a walkable, transit-oriented community. Adjacent to the train station, the new development will create 180 mixed-income units, priced for households of all income levels.

During the visit, Governor Lamont will highlight the state's progress on housing, share his vision for improving housing affordability, and discuss efforts to create vibrant, mixed-use communities in partnership with cities and towns.

The Governor will be joined by legislators and local officials.
