TOMORROW: COMPTROLLER SEAN SCANLON TOURS MYSTIC AQUARIUM; VISITS BUSINESSES IN OLDE MISTICK VILLAGE
(HARTFORD, CT)— Tomorrow at 11:00 a.m., as the Comptroller reports on the state of Connecticut’s fiscal health and labor force each month, Comptroller Scanlon and local officials will highlight tourism’s importance to Connecticut’s economy, as well as the rescue and rehabilitation work of the institution, with a tour of Mystic Aquarium.
Then at 1:30 p.m., Comptroller Scanlon and officials will also tour nearby small businesses. In addition to continuing to highlight tourism’s impact, he will discuss the benefits of saving for retirement early and the availability of the state-sponsored retirement program, MyCTSavings.
