Ribbon Cutting of Sage Allen Apartments
What:
Ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of Sage Allen Apartments, a completely reimagined 89-unit apartment community. Former student housing at the corner of temple and Market Streets have been redeveloped and converted to garden style apartments. The $9.1 million conversion also includes improvements and upgrades to the adjoining Lofts at Main and Temple apartments, fronting on Main Street and incorporating the facade of the old Sage-Allen & Co. department store.
The ceremony will also include the unveiling of two murals, created by local artist Jillian Goeler, with the able assistance of Wingsite Displays of Wethersfield, CT.
