Connecticut Honors the U.S. Coast Guard
February 10, 2022 | 1 PM | First Floor Atrium of Legislative Office Building
(HARTFORD, CT) – The Connecticut State Capitol is scheduled to open an exhibit in Hartford to honor the Coast Guard on Thursday, February 10, 2022.
State Rep. Anthony Nolan (D-New London) is hosting the event, which will be attended by various government officials and Coast Guard personnel from numerous units across Connecticut. The three-week long exhibit consists of 24 panels and historical artifacts on display in the concourse between the Legislative Office Building and the Capitol Building and will honor and highlight the rich history of the Coast Guard with an emphasis on Connecticut based Coast Guard units.
