Mayor Elicker Celebrates Opening of Newest G Café Location on Chapel Street

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – On Friday, January 28, at 10:30 AM, Mayor Justin Elicker and Economic Development Deputy Administrator Carlos Eyzaguirre will join City leaders, elected officials, and Christian Festa and Andrea Corazzini, the owners of G Café & Bakery, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at their fourth and newest location on Chapel Street. G Café is a family-owned European-style café, espresso bar and bakery renowned for its artisan bread baked fresh every day. It has quickly evolved into a local favorite since opening on Orange Street.

The Chapel Street location is its second in downtown New Haven. G Café has two additional stores, one at 1008 Main Street in Branford and another inside Tweed New Haven Airport. Christian and Andrea said they are excited to be welcoming customers to their new space on Chapel Street, which has a unique contemporary atmosphere and the same delectable assortment of breakfast and lunch sandwiches and creations, soups, salads, hot and cold drinks, and mouth-watering, freshly baked treats.
