TUESDAY at 10AM: Treasurer Russell, Comptroller Scanlon
Host “Financial Literacy Jeopardy” at Rham High School in Hebron
Treasurer Erick Russell and Comptroller Sean Scanlon will highlight Financial Literacy Month with a visit to Rham High School on Tuesday morning to play “Financial Literacy Jeopardy” with students.
This is part of a series of annual events hosted by the two constitutional officers throughout April, highlighting the importance of financial literacy and building personal finance skills early in life. Who: Treasurer Erick Russell; Comptroller Sean Scanlon; and Hebron Town Council Chairwoman Tiffany Thiele
What: April is financial literacy month. After introductory remarks, students will split into two teams and play a game of “Financial Literacy Jeopardy!” The purpose of this event is to teach students the importance of taking control of their finances from an early age.
