NAMI SE CT Peer Support and Family Support Groups February 2026

PEER SUPPORT
NAMI Southeast Connecticut offers a Continuum Connection group for individuals 28-43 years old who are living with a mental health condition. The purpose is connecting with peers, sharing experiences, and building friendships. Participants talk amongst themselves in a supportive, confidential way and take part in group activities.
In-person, Continuum Connection Peer support groups are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 6 pm in The Cottage at Brian’s Healing Hearts, 461 Main Street, Niantic, CT 06357. February 2026 Continuum Connection Peer meetings are Tuesday, February 3 and Tuesday, February 17.
Meetings are free and registration is not required. For more information, please visit: www.namisoutheastct.org.
FAMILY SUPPORT
NAMI Southeast Connecticut offers a Family Support group for family, partners, friends and significant others of adults living with mental illness.
In-person, Family Support Groups are held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7 pm at Brian's Healing Hearts, 461 Main Street, Niantic, CT 06357. February 2026 Family Support meetings are Monday, February 2 and Monday, February 16.
