(Hartford, CT) – At 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 16, Attorney General William Tong, Consumer Protection Commissioner Bryan Cafferelli and legislators will highlight new “click to cancel” protections that took effect on July 1 giving Connecticut consumers new rights to end unwanted auto-renewing subscriptions and memberships that waste money and time.
