WASHINGTON—On Wednesday, December 10 at 10:15 AM, U.S. Senator Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) will join Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and U.S. Senators Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), and Andy Kim (D-N.J.) for a media availability alongside Americans who depend on ACA tax credits to afford their health insurance and physicians whose patients would not be able to access critical care without the tax credits. Without Congressional action, these tax credits will expire at the end of this year, which will result in premiums doubling or even tripling for tens of millions of Americans.
