Community Health Center, Inc. Hosts Free Health Fairs During

National Health Center Week

WHAT: In celebration of National Health Center Week (August 7-13) various Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC) sites will be hosting free, family-friendly health fairs throughout the state. CHC provides primary care services to patients across Connecticut, with a particular focus on underinsured and underserved populations. This year the theme of National Health Center Week is “The Chemistry for Strong Communities” in celebration of the ways health centers work in their communities to provide exceptional primary care to patients. Join us for a day of community resources, face painting, music, giveaways, and more!
