Would appreciate your advice!
I am working on a simple descriptive table showing the varying number of a birds' location fixes across different landcover types. I am hoping to compare this quantity for raw location fixes, manually filtered fixes, and supposed effective sample size "fixes" once movement models are fit.
While the first two are straightforward to attain, I am curious if there is a direct way to quantify how many location points would fall into different landcover classes for the fitted effective sample size dataset. Would a proportion instead of discrete # be better for this comparison?
