Troubleshooting RSF results

Hi Group,
We have a couple questions regarding RSF mean outputs. Quick background, we classified hunting locations for 11 individual owls and ran an RSF using 9 land cover groupings. 

When we plot the individuals, all land cover groups (besides reference) are summarized. However, when we calculate and plot the mean for all owls, only 6 of the groups are reported in the results. When individuals are plotted, only 7 are shown because the null RSF model was selected for the others. 

Is there anything obvious from the outputs that we are missing that may help us adjust our approach? Any insights would be much appreciated on how to investigate why this may be happening (zeros, NAs, etc.?) or if there is a way to correct this so that all results can be reported. Below are the summaries of the 11 individuals and the RSF mean summary output. 

Another question, for the RSF mean summary, are there any special considerations for interpreting the SD?

Hi Ryan,

In more recent versions of the package, I disabled feature selection on such parameters in the population model. You should be able to update from GitHub and get those values, but they are probably very insignificant (crossing zero).
With 9 habitat types, it might be a good idea to consolidate them to some degree.

The SD is just the population standard deviation in the individual parameters. If it's (0,Inf) then its not supported in the selected model.
