How can I calculate home range overlap using a gpkj file in R?

Hello, I am trying to calculate the home range overlap of 14 individuals. I have a gpkj file that contains the home range of each individual. The home range was calculated using akde in moveapps, and now I want to calculate the overlap. How can I calculate this in R if I have the gpkj file?

Hi Dora,

I'm not familiar with the file format. Marco and Johannes started on an overlap MoveApp, but it was not finished. I'll put this on the list of potential student projects.
