Hello! I am new to using movement data and CTMM. I am working with a population of reintroduced jaguars in Argentina. We wanted to produce a report on the movements of the first four jaguars up to one year after their release. I fitted continuous movement models, and for the three females, the best model was OU, and for the male (Jatobazinho), the best model was OUF.
I wanted to estimate home ranges using akde, but I wasn't sure if it was possible given that the variograms for the females (Mariua, Arami, and Juruna) did not reach the asymptote during the first year. The female Arami had a pup when she was released, so perhaps segmenting could solve the problem. I wanted to know if these variograms allow me to estimate Home Range or if it was not correct.

I am sharing the NSD plots and variograms. Thank you very much!
