ctmm time-dependent raster stacks

Hi everyone! Does anyone experience with the  RasterStack in ctmm::rsf.fit()? I've been trying to fit the monthly NDVI and MNDWI but it fails everytime.

Hi Jannatul,

This is not supported unless it's a categorical variable. You have to put the different raster layers in a named list.

In the future raster stacks will be supported, but for time dependence recorded in the z-axis.
