Hello everyone,

I need help with this.

I ran RSF on my manatee dataset, and now I'm struggling to plot response curves for my covariates. I used the "intensity" function for some individuals, but it's not working for my population-mean model.

Does anyone know how to plot these response curves using the information stored in the ctmm RSF object (.rda)?

Thanks a lot!

Hi Iran,

I haven't coded up the population version yet, but you can use an individual's data and UD to get the mean population response curve where the are.

Best,
Chris
