Hi Chris,
Is there a way to run ctmm.select in such a way that it saves progress to disk at intervals? It would be nice to be able to pause and resume the execution of longer running functions for various logistical reasons. (For example, one of the HPCs we have access to requires you to split up your job into max 24hr segments. Also, really long running jobs, it would be nice to be resilient against power outages etc.) Is there a way to achieve this?
Best,
Brock

Hi Brock,
Not currently, but I will add that to the to-do list.
