limit models considered in rsf.select

Hi Chris,

Is there currently any way to feed in a specific list of models to consider in rsf.select()? I'm mainly trying to run a set of covariates where one variable includes a quadratic term, but do not want to waste the extra computation time examining the models with only the second-order term and not the first-order term. Is there a way to code for this in the function arguments?
