All bolts except the very last one (after making the last jug, previously stud with welded cold shut for hanger) have been upgraded to wave bolts.  

Bolt 1 has been moved to the left ~ 1-2ft which should make working the opening sequence through to bolt 2 much easier.

New belayer directional has been installed below bolt 1.

Plan to replace last bolt next week and install sport clips at anchors.
