Walk In Interview-Planning/Quantity Surveyors / Execution Engineers/Land Surveyors – Building  Project, Visakhapatnam.

 

Interview Date & Day- 21st January-2018, Sunday

 

Time - 9 AM to 3 PM

Positions & Job Descriptions-

1) Planning Managers / Planning Engineers (Building project)

Graduate in Civil Engineering with over 5 -12 years of experience in Planning & scheduling of building Projects, experience in preparation of work break - down structure, resource planning, schedule and monitoring of the project timelines, check for any deviations/variations in the scope of work and giving alerts for raising of claims on client; should have knowledge of Planning Softwares - MSP / Primavera and modern construction techniques. PGPACM from NICMAR preferred.

2) Quantity Surveyors (Building projects)

B Tech (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 to 15 years of experience in quantity surveying and billing activities in a building project, monitoring the cost of the project, preparation of master quantities, preparing monthly RA Bills to client, comparing sub-contractors bills with client billing, processing of sub-contractors' bills and closing of all contracts.

3) Section Incharges (Building projects)

B Tech (civil) 8-12 years / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 11 to 15 years of experience in civil execution of structure and finishing works of preferably building projects including preparation of BBS etc.

4) Civil Engineers (Building projects) 

B Tech (civil) 2-7 years / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 to 10 years of experience in execution of all kinds of civil works both structure and finishing works, preferably in building projects (including preparation of BBS etc).

5) Bar Bending Schedule Engineers

B Tech (civil) 4-7 years / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in preparation of BBS and execution of all kinds of reinforcement works including giving cutting schedule, supervision of tying of reinforcement on site, reconciliation, bill certification etc. Experience in handling of BBS Software is preferred.

6) Formwork Engineers

B Tech (civil) 4-7 years / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in preparation of Formwork schemes and execution of all kinds of Formworks as per drawing Experience in aluminium formwork is preferred.

6) Land Surveyor 

ITI / Diploma in Survey with 5-10 years of experience in land surveying with total station.

7) Shuttering Foremen 

Should have minimum 5 years of experience in shuttering works preferably of building projects. Experience with Aluminum formwork will be preferred.

 

Note: 

TA/DA will not be provided for attending the interview.
