How to generate gene bed file

In the tag2peak.pl step, I want to use mm39 reference, how to generate the "--gene custome gene bed file" from GTF file?

Hi Baobao,

We have not included support for mm39 yet. You may try to download a gene bed file from UCSC genome browser.
