No, ctk-cli is a very different conda package: "Python interface for inspecting and running CLI modules (as defined by CommonTK)"

If you are looking for the CLIP Tool Kit (CTK) conda package for CLIP sequence data analysis then you should go here:

https://anaconda.org/chaolinzhanglab/ctk  

install using:

conda install -c chaolinzhanglab ctk
