Dear author,

    I've been using CTK-tools analysis eclip-seq. I had no idea what happened to my data this time.

And I had found no error information before 'CIMS.pl'.

   BTW, when I rerun the line corrupted

  The prompt message is '~/05-CIMS/APOBEC1_cache/tmp_mut_count_0 already exist'

After running seral times, I found everything is ok.

So, it should be a problem about memory or threads, which need be supported in further.
