Anybody got a good tool for creating a class diagram from existing source?
I need it to be lightweight and first prize would be to run it from
the command line.

IIRC yWorks (yworks.com) have one that works as a doclet and does a
reasonable job (long time since I kicked the tyres.) It might also do
standalone/cmdline.
Not exactly what you were looking for, I know...
