Job Responsibility
• Responsible for Managing employee life cycle management
• Looking after all the employee engagement activities.
• Responsible for HR operations process improvement and implementation.
• Looking after Employee Retention, Employee reward programmes.
• Full & Final payments of Employees.
Education – Any Graduate with MSW/MLW or MBA in HR
Exp. Range – 2-5 years
Skill Set required – Candidate should have atleast 2 years of exp. In HR domain . Candidate should have hands on experience in HR operation and generalist HR role.
