Dear Prof. Ruzairi,

With reference to the above, IEEE Photonics Society, Malaysia Chapter,  will be organizing our 4^th  International Conference on Photonics from 28-30 October 2013 at Melaka, Malaysia (www.icp2013.net). ICP2013 is a leading international conference for researchers and industry practitioners to share their new ideas, original research results and practical development experiences from all aspects of Photonics.

Recognizing your leading role and contributions in the area of Optical Tomography, we are pleased to invite you to chair a special session during ICP2013. We will allocate a 3 hour session for you to host the relevant papers and presentation. In return for your contribution, we will be pleased to arrange you a fee waiver at ICP2013.

As Session Chair, we would appreciate if you can arrange and prepare the following:

1. Special session title and abstract (statement of the significance of topic)
2. List of potential contributors who agree to submit papers in the following categories:

1. 4 or 5 invited papers
2. 4 or 5 regular peer-reviewed papers

Papers of accepted special sessions need to be submitted using the ICP2013 EDAS submission system (http://edas.info/N14203). We will assign you to manage the review process of the papers submitted to this special session. All special session papers will be included in the conference proceedings.

Your participation would definitely raise the quality of the conference. We look forward to your positive feedback.
