Hi and welcome to a new element on the political scene.
All last summer we watched the Corporate flashmobs try to bully the
American People and their elected representatives at Town Hell
meetings. They were not completely successful, but the were not
defeated either. Last year, the subject was HealthCare Reform, taxes
and hating Obama. This year look for the same organizers to be back,
but this time the subject will be Immigration, taxes and hating Obama.
If you thought the HealthCare debate was ugly, you aint seen nothing
yet.
Nothing stirs up hate in this country like race. And the TeaBaggers
had it all on display. Most of the people that showed up to their
events were white senior citizens and even though the subject was HCR
and taxes, they had a wide array of racist signage and speakers.
And toward the end of the summer, they started coming out armed.
So get ready for a concerted effort to stir up racial and ethnic
tensions at demonstrations against Immigration reform.
I hope that the Coffee Party will be able to act as a counterweight to
these people.
