Call Dodd today on financial regs!

Just heard this from our national organizers:

Getting red alert from all kinds of people that Dodd might put all the
amendments together, instead of having a separate debate and vote on
each of them--which is directly counter to the full debate vision of
the Coffee Party. If we can put any pressure on Dodd to have separate
votes for each amendment, that's really important.

And this:

It would be great if you could call for a televised debate on TBTF
prime time for theamerican audience to see or something like that--
Dodd wants to avoid the issue. The growing momentum seems to have him
scared a little--the banks don't want these votes. They don't want
open discussion because if there is open up or down vote on Brown/
Kaufman [link here for more info] they might (might!) lose. But we
should all want a full discussion of the role of the megabanks in our
society--
