CTC/Telecentre project in Cuba

Folks, I’ve got a trip to Cuba planned for June and am looking to become involved with a CTC/Telecentre project or some appropriate technology assistance to NGO effort.  I appreciate the politics involved with a restricted Internet, and I do know that’s all in major flux at this point which makes it an especially exciting time to be going.  Good info on the technology development scene there would be helpful as well as recommendations for appropriate people, government contacts, and organizations both in Cuba and the US who can give me some insight into development directions, projects and possibilities.  I’ll be primarily in Havana during my stay. Any help/pointers would be most welcome.
