From the DigitalLearn.org newsletter:

As of this afternoon, we are soft launching the community of practice! This portion of the site is live on a private link that is not yet integrated with the main site. Later this month, once we have some profiles, discussions, files, blogs, etc. on the site we will fully integrate the community of practice into the site.

We need your help to get that content on the site, so please join and start sharing today! As you are using the community of practice, you may find a few small bugs in functionality here and there. Please email Jamie Hollier when you find those so that we can get those glitches addressed before we integrate this soft launch site into the full site. For those of you that add content in the next week, there will be a special badge that will go on your profile.

Please note that you will want to navigate this portion of the site with the "Home >> Teach" area under the blue bar, as this portion is not connected to the rest of the site just yet.
