Request contestants to be at the venue by 5.45 PM tomorrow, i.e. 9th Dec 2017.

If you are not available tomorrow, please arrange for a proxy & inform the same to me and Joe. Elections for all the positions would be completed tomorrow.

Members who are still interested in standing for any of the posts, can do so from the floor, provided their nomination is seconded by another member in good standing. For posts for which there are more than one candidate, members have to prepare a 2 min speech on your six month vision and deliver it when called upon by the Nominations Chair during the election.

There is one nomination that was missing in the previous mail as the nomination mail had gone to Junk Mail Folder, hence had got missed. The candidate contacted and informed after which it was verified. We also have a withdrawal. The list below stands final.
