Submit Botton for Three Combo Boxes

Can the Submit Botton have more than three Combo Boxes as Target IDs? Example (Target ID: combo1;combo2;combo3). As far as I tried it, it seems that only two IDs(combo1;combo2) are the maximum.

I would like to create the following flow.

Step1
Learners select the value in the three CTAT Combo Boxes. No fixed order but random order to select them.
↓
Step2
Press Submit Button
↓
Step3
Correct answer (only if the learner selects all correct values/answers in combo1;combo2;combo3).
↓
Done
