Hi Camilo,
It's not clear to me when you're saying you're getting the tutorshop front page, is it when running tutors? If so, you don't need to create user accounts in tutorshop, but you do need to set moodle credentials in tutorshop. So you need to create a school in tutorshop, and on its Settings tab you need to add a pair of key/secret credentials for the consumer side. And you'll need to put these credentials somewhere in moodle, according to the documentation after clicking the 'Show more' button in the external tool settings. And you also need to set the 'tool URL' of the external tool as the string you find in tutorshop on the respective problem set's Settings tab under 'LTI Launch URL'.
With these settings you should be able to run problem sets, and
if moodle specifies an outcome service, tutorshop will also send
grades back to it so you can see them in moodle's gradebook. If
you want to also be able to see reports with real user names in
tutorshop, you need to enable moodle to send real user information
to tutorshop, not just an anonymous id, if such a setting is
available.
If the above settings don't work, please let me know, there might
be an issue with the code, we've never used LTI with moodle
before. I might need a way to test it though, I don't currently
have access to a moodle server.
Best,
Octav
