API Documentation Updates?

Just started playing around with this API.  I'm seeing some inconsistencies in the documentation versus the actual payloads I am seeing.  For example I don't see any "dly" flag from the getVehicles call.  Per the schema in the document this is a mandatory field.  The vehicle payload also included a couple of fields that weren't documented: "tablockid" and "tatripid".

The version of the API guide I have is v1.1 / rev. 2011-06-16.  That would seem pretty dated - is there a newer one?
