Hello,

Just an FYI on a documentation error.

The Customer Alerts API documentation lists "ServiceID" as an attribute name.

The service actually returns '"ServiceId" as the attribute name, which is significant since XML is generally case sensitive.

If the issue gets resolved, I think it's best to change the documentation rather than the service to avoid breaking applications.
