Friends,
I've gotten a request from our grants office to get the final report on the Roads Scholars in to them before the end of the semester. This coming week seems a good time--before finals--and I need your help. Would you send me the following information for the speaker(s) who came to your campus?
1.Who came on what date?
2. What was their topic/title?
3.With what classes they met (if that is what they did) or from what classes did you draw your audience? this doesn't have to be the actual class title--year and discipline would be acceptable.
4. Approximately how many people attended and did you draw from the community as well?
We said that we were trying to expand beyond peace courses per se, and evidence that we did so will be helpful.
Carol, we will need information about Hardy Merriman's presentation as well, as he was written into the grant even though we did not pay him.
Many thanks for this information at this busy time.
Happy Chanukah and Merry Christmas.
Sharon
