JOB DESCRIPTION:
What are we looking for?:
We are looking for a quality-conscious Manager to join us in our efforts to improve
the delivery of Healthcare business applications by focusing on Quality Assurance
(QA).

What are the job responsibilities?:
Directly manage the delivery and support of QA initiatives in accordance with Aetnas
Business Systems Engineering Methodology to ensure delivery of business systems
that meet business needs, opportunities and requirements. Participate in staffing
the organization through screening, interviewing, selection, and compensation
management. Build strong functional teams through formal training, diverse
assignments, coaching, mentoring, and other development techniques. Develop
retention strategy and ensure assignments are challenging and diverse, based
on business need and priorities. Provide both negative and positive constructive
feedback in a timely manner. Participate in performance reviews and annual
compensation management. Champion the QA philosophy and methodology to areas
within and outside of the QA organization. Participate in directing, championing,
and implementing strategic direction and policy within and across the department.
Integrate information, business process, and technology in support of QA services.
Identify opportunities to improve process & procedures. Openly share knowledge
tips and techniques with team and organization members. Effectively communicate
with team, customers, and technical organizations of varied disciplines and
backgrounds. Resolve issues and mitigate risks.
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
What is required?:
Three or more years of management experience Strong communication and negotiation
skills. Proven experience utilizing a system development methodology QA or
programming experience in client-server and/or web applications. Ability to
handle multiple assignments and responsibilities simultaneously. Experience
with automation tools (desired)
