Job Description:
• Create and implement Asset Management Services integrated strategy that couples new operating platforms with existing systems of operation.
• Project management integration efforts between functional areas.
• Align with the Company’s Training Leader to ensure clear processes are in place to train the company’s employees and vendors about new platforms and technologies.
• Align with the company’s other divisions to integrate e-business initiatives.
Desired Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree. MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, quality and /or systems integration preferably within the Financial Services Industry.
• Demonstrated success in integrating new business platforms with legacy systems of operation.
• Strong process management skills with continuous improvement mind set.
• Strong analytical skill set with ability to move quickly in a dynamic environment. Solid project management skills. Influencer.
