Annual Student Art Exhibit “Artbeat 2026” Showcases Creativity of West Hartford Public Schools Students March 18 – April 4, 2026 | Saltbox & Clubhouse Galleries
West Hartford, CT — The West Hartford Art League, in partnership with West Hartford Public Schools, is proud to present Artbeat 2026, the Annual Student Art Exhibit, on view March 18 - April 4, 2026 at the Saltbox & Clubhouse Galleries, located at 37 Buena Vista Road, West Hartford.
Artbeat celebrates the creativity, imagination, and artistic growth of K-12 student artists from across West Hartford Public Schools. The exhibition features a wide range of student work in diverse media and styles, highlighting the talent and unique perspectives of young artists at various stages of their artistic journeys.
An opening reception will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 4:30–6:30 pm and is free and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to attend, celebrate student achievement, and support the arts in education. At the opening reception, attendees are invited to bring non-perishable food items to benefit the food pantry.

The West Hartford Art League (WHAL) is a 92 year old art organization located in West Hartford, Connecticut. The West Hartford Art League is proud of its long history of offering affordable classes, free monthly exhibits, public art, and community events. WHAL’s galleries are open to the public and located at 37 Buena Vista Road, West Hartford, CT. Gallery hours are Thursday through Sunday, 1 – 4 pm. Free parking is available on site.
