Once I found out the distances between each row of a training data and I stored them in the matrix say

   24.123     24.45   25       ............
   28.465     27.66    33.15  ...........
   ...........................................
   .............................................
   ................................................

  and so on...

Based on what criteria of distances between the rows we decide they are similar?

Sorry a small correction.

The distances will be values beween 0 and 1.
