p.s. note that a "real" divider applies the extra entropy culling
rules of section 3.3. of
http://goo.gl/Cn4NkF. but i've never actually tested if that extra
wriggle is actually necessary

version2 of the entropy thing. now this code implements the Fayyad
and Irani MDL discretizer of numerics as described in Supervised and
Unsupervised Discretization of Continuous Features, James Dougherty,
Ron Kohavi, Mehran Sahami, ICML'95
