We are offering non-reimbursable grants of up to US$350,000 (covering 80% of your project budget) for innovative clusters and value chains. No innovation is too big or too small—whether you are in Digital & Platform Services, Renewable Energy, the Circular Economy, or Knowledge Process Outsourcing, this is your opportunity to scale.

2. Pillar 1 — 2nd Cluster Call

Our ongoing second cluster call is still accepting applications. If your cluster is ready to execute a high-impact project, make sure to submit your concept note before the deadline.

3. Pillar 2 — Call for Project Concepts: Enhancing Climate-Smart, Gender-Responsive Public Governance in the Caribbean

This call targets regulatory and institutional capacity bottlenecks that affect businesses' ability to become more competitive, climate-smart and inclusive. Projects must focus on policy formulation/reform, institutional strengthening and capacity-building that promotes climate adaptation, mitigation and/or resilience — while integrating gender equity, diversity and social inclusion. Selected projects receive support to develop a full Technical Cooperation Proposal, plus a non-reimbursable grant of up to US$200,000 for implementation.

  • Eligible countries: Dominica · Guyana · Suriname · St. Vincent and the Grenadines

  • Deadline: May 31, 2026
